Screen tube

By recycling picture tubes, we produce raw materials for the glass and ceramic industry (screen glass) as well as process media for lead smelting and landfill replacement building materials (cone glass).

We have many years of experience in this area. Our recycling process is a multi-stage separation of picture tube glass and steel as well as screen and cone glass by means of sieving and opto-mechanical and manual sorting according to the description in the flow diagram below:
Square fields: technological stations
Yellow fields: material in the flow
Green fields: output fractions
Black fields: waste for disposal / disposal

With this technology we achieve a very high rate of recycling and other recovery of over 99%.
